Taste of Japan welcomes the spring season with Sakura Spring Fest 2026, returning to Anaheim GardenWalk Friday March 6 through Sunday March 8, 2026. Across these three days, Taste of Japan invites guests to experience the beauty of cherry blossom flowering season through lively activities celebrating Japanese culture, flavors, and traditions all in one unforgettable event. 

Inspired by sakura blooming cherry tree season in Japan, Taste of Japan transforms Anaheim GardenWalk into a spring-inspired setting with festive decor, music, and activities for all ages. Visitors can enjoy interactive Japanese games, cultural moments, and photo-worthy backdrops that capture the essence of sakura season. 

Food takes center stage with an incredible lineup of Japanese favorites and seasonal treats, from savory ramen and traditional street foods to spring-inspired desserts. Beyond delicious eats, Sakura Spring Fest is bringing the heart of Japanese culture to life with music and dance, including live performances throughout the weekend, and Taste of Japan’s popular kimono and pet costume contests. 

Taste of Japan’s Sakura Spring Fest has free general admission.
