The Valentine’s Day menu begins with a welcome glass of sparkling wine, followed by an elegant amuse bouche of West Coast oysters topped with Ossetra caviar, strawberry and mint jelly, and seasonal flowers. Guests will enjoy a first course of roasted red beet and burrata salad with arugula, seasonal citrus, dates, toasted pine nuts, and balsamic reduction. For the main course, Poppy’s presents a classic Surf ’N Turf featuring a 4oz filet mignon and half lobster tail, served with heirloom carrot purée, Boursin mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, port reduction, and garlic herb butter. Dessert concludes the evening with Amore, a strawberry white chocolate mousse layered with almond raspberry joconde and finished with red berry compote.
