Bring low chairs or a blanket. Pack a picnic or buy food from food trucks. No alcohol allowed (Officially :-). Admission and parking are free, first come, first served. Concerts are held on the Newport Beach Civic Center Green (100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach) and at the Marina Park Community Center (1600 W. Balboa Boulevard, Newport Beach). Admission and parking are free, on a first come, first served basis.
